Gibson Won their Lawsuit

After 6 years the lawsuit between Gibson and Dean guitars looks like it's coming to an end with Gibson walking away with a sizeable victory and Dean not so much. The thing is, while the main suit looks to be over there are still cases in motion which could damage Dean guitars even more as Gibson are petitioning to cancel 2 of Deans trademarks!!
