Schlage Touch Model FBE375 Keypad Lock Fix - Spins But Won't Unlock

Hey there First Home Fixer! Not everyone (including me) has a natural talent for fixing things, so let's learn (and make mistakes) together! Don't get locked out of your house! It was extremely frustrating when the knob on my FBE375 Schlage Touch lock started freely spinning, no matter how many times I confirmed that I entered in the code correctly. Yes, you CAN fix this yourself. I'll walk you through how to do it, step by step!
