The Jab-Cross is a basic one-two combination of surprise effect of the jab and the strength of the cross – a straight punch – aiming for a knockout. A jab cross is a body weight punching sequence that demands quintessential technique; good breathing know-how; and precise timing in order to nail it right on the button. Always practice this. DF.
