The roar of engines and the silence of prayer on the day that captures the soul of the Madonnina dei Centauri International Motorcycle Rally. This Sunday, July 12th, motorcyclists from all over Italy and abroad converged on the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of Creta in Castellazzo Bormida to entrust their journey to the "Madonnina," the patron saint of all motorcyclists, before beginning the procession to Alessandria. Thousands of motorcyclists experienced the most emotional moment of the 81st Madonnina dei Centauri International Motorcycle Rally, an event that, once again, combined devotion, tradition, and passion for two wheels. There were 1,000 official participants, 250 of whom arrived from abroad, representing nine nations. After the religious celebration, the traditional procession set off toward Alessandria for the traditional passage in front of the authorities' stage.
