In Whose Name Should We Be Baptized?

In whose name are we to be baptized? Are we to be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit? Or are we to be baptized in the name of Jesus? Why do different passages of the Bible say different things? In Matthew 28:19 Jesus instructs the apostles to baptize disciples "in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
