Grab a snack or your favorite dessert and eat with me! Thanks for watching! Enjoy 😊 Flan recipe: 1 cup sugar 6 eggs 8oz. cream cheese 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can evaporated milk 1 tsp. Mexican vanilla blend Make caramel with the cup of sugar in a heavy saucepan until golden brown and pour into pan. Let cool. Mix all other ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour over hardened caramel. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees in a waterbath for anywhere from 45 minutes to 75 minutes depending on how deep your pan is. Remove from oven & waterbath. Let cool on counter then run knife around edges to loosen. Turn out onto plate and keep in fridge overnight. Enjoy.
