Let me share with you my excitement for unboxing this gorgeous Hungarian folk costume "Rékli"! This is definitely a great vintage find, even though – it turns out – it's not quite as old as I had first imagined. Sorry! P.O.Box currently unavalable Please note, that the term "Victorian" is used suuuuuuper loosely in the thumbnail. I was trying to find a compact way to express the fact that Folk Costumes sometimes involve mainstream fashion trickling down through the decades. We have a term for it in Hungarian ("polgári"), but the closest I got to translating that was "city fashion"/"bourgeois"/"upper middle class", none of which are concise and catchy enough in a title or thumbnail. ❤ If you were wondering...
