WE BAKED SAMIKSHA'S BIRTHDAY CAKE ❤️ - S3E137

Recipe : 126g maida 110g sugar 100g butter + 1tbsp oil 2 eggs 1 tbsp dahi 1 tsp vanilla essence 1tsp baking powder Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add remaining wet ingredients. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Add the flour into the wet mix one third at a time. Mix until well combined. Line the baking tin with butter or oil spray. Add the mixture. Bake at 180°C for around 1 hour, but more importantly after the first 30mins, check the progress (every oven is different). When testing, put a fork or knife into the centre. If it comes out clean without any cake stuck to it, the cake is ready. Cool and enjoy!
