Christo's Latest Art Project Will Let You Walk on Water
Dec. 31 -- It was just over a decade ago, when the artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude installed some 7,500 saffron "gates" in Central Park. That art installation captured the public's imagination for sixteen days, and made Christo and Jeanne-Claude household names. Now, Christo is preparing to unveil a new project in Northern Italy.
