🍫🌈 Chocolate sponge cake with yogurt mousse & colorful jelly – Easy no-bake cake recipe without the baking hassle This light and fruity no-bake cake combines a fluffy chocolate sponge cake with a creamy yogurt mousse and colorful jelly cubes. The recipe is easy to follow, wonderfully refreshing, and perfect for summer, birthdays, or as a special dessert cake. No complicated steps – simple, beautiful, and incredibly delicious! ► INGREDIENTS: ✅ For the chocolate sponge cake: 2 eggs (100 g). 1 pinch of salt. 60 g sugar. Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt for about 10 minutes until light and fluffy. 20 ml water (room temperature). 45 g all-purpose flour. 15 g cocoa powder. 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix until smooth. Sift half of the dry ingredients. Carefully fold in from the bottom up to maintain the airiness. Sift the remaining dry ingredients. Carefully fold in again. Bake in a 20 cm (7-8 inch) diameter pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Seal the springform pan ring. ✅ For the yogurt mousse with gelatin: 200 ml boiling water. 4-5 packets of gelatin (various flavors). Pour 200 ml boiling water over each packet. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Add 50 g plain yogurt (or sour cream). Refrigerate the mixture until set. 100 ml cold water. 1.5 tbsp gelatin (15 g). Stir and let bloom for 7–10 minutes. 500 g natural yogurt (or sour cream) – room temperature. 150 g sweetened condensed milk (or 100 g sugar). Stir until smooth. Melt the gelatin in the microwave or in a double boiler. Add to the yogurt mixture and stir well. Pour a thin layer onto the chocolate sponge cake. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Cut the gelatin into small cubes. Add to the yogurt mousse. Mix thoroughly. Pour the entire mixture onto the sponge cake base. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until set.
