'We've inherited the gene': Marathon fridge runner explains real reason behind his challenge

Jordan and Cian Adams, known as the FTD Brothers, have raised almost £500,000 following the London Marathon at the weekend. Jordan, carrying a 25kg fridge on his back, and Cian, both risk getting dementia in their 40s, and ran the marathon to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK. Speaking to Good Morning Britain, Jordan said the idea behind the fridge was that "everyone carries a weight, but they don't have to carry it alone". ------------------------------------------------------- Broadcast on 29/04/2026 Stream Good Morning Britain live, every weekday from 6am on the ITVX 📲 http://daytimelink.itv.com/WatchGMBYT Subscribe now for more! http://bit.ly/1NbomQa Like, follow and subscribe to Good Morning Britain!
