The electric people mover…with everything! (Zeekr 009 2025 Review)

Zeekr has been in Australia for about five minutes and launching a people mover as only one of two models seems risky. But the curiously named 009 seven-seater is no ordinary MPV: it’s got everything! The fully electric performer boasts 450kW and 693Nm, dual motors, and a 2.9-tonne kerb weight, yet rockets to 100km/h from a standstill in just 4.5 seconds. With its whopping 116kWh battery its range claim is almost 600 kilometres. The 009 is also one of the most opulent vehicles on sale, with an indulgent fitout of luxury and tech on the inside, underpinned by a cushion of dual-chambered air suspension and topped by one of the slickest exterior designs on the road.
