CİNUÇEN TANRIKORUR UD TAKSİMİ - OUD TAQSIMتقسيم العود (Boston,1994) SEGÂH makaminda Taksim Improvisation in maqam SEGAH by CİNUÇEN TANRIKORUR UD TAKSİMİ - OUD TAQSIMتقسيم العود (Boston,1994) The internationally famous Turkish Master Oud Player, CİNUÇEN TANRIKORUR (1938-2000) was known for his brilliant improvisations (taqsims), in which he displayed his expert knowledge of the maqam structures for which he is so well-known as a composer. This performance by the Master Tanrıkorur in 1994 in Boston, Mass. was made during a demonstration-lecture on "Taksim and Makam in Turkish Music". It gives a good example of the unique, innovative oud style the Master Tanrıkorur developped, which has influenced the art of modern oud playing in Turkey. Some of the prominent hallmarks of this style is the depth and richness of the clear full tones produced, the utilization of long sliding glissandos on a single string and the absence of embellishing filler notes in performance. Uluslararası bir üne sahip usta udî Cinuçen Tanrıkorur (1938-2000), makam yapılarındaki uzmanlığını sergilediği bestekârlığıyla birlikte, görkemli taksimleriyle de tanınmaktadır. Kayıttaki icrâ, Tanrıkorur'un 1994'de Boston'da bir örnekli-konferans esnasında yaptığı bir giriş taksimidir. Üstâdın geliştirmiş olduğu ve kendine has ve yenilikçi ud çalma tavrının güzel bir örneğidir. Bu tavır, günümüz Türkiye'sinin müzik câmiâsında ûd çalış tekniğini büyük ölçüde etkilemiştir. Ûddan elde edilen temiz seslerin derinliği ve zenginliği, tek bir tel üzerinde yapılan uzun glissandolar ve ûd icrâsında genellikle dolgu için fazlaca kullanılan süsleme seslerinin bulunmayışı, bu icrâ tavrının göze çarpan özellikleri arasında yer alır
