The Bay City is Metro Manila's modern development along Manila Bay. Split between Manila and Pasay on the north side and Paranaque on the south. The Bay City is considered as Metro Manila foremost Business District after, Makati, Ortigas & BGC. Aseana City, Entertainment City and Mall of Asia Complex is where most of the business district developments are located. Some government offices such as Department of Foreign Affairs & Bureau of Immigration are also located in the area. The Bay Area's first developments are located at Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex, PICC Complex & some of famous structures on the southern most part of the bay area are GSIS Building, Sofitel, PNB Complex, World Trade Center, & the famous Seafood Market place and Seafood Restaurants area - Dampa. In this video we are going to focus on the Business District part of the Bay Area. We'll see the latest developments of the district as viewed on the streets traversing the periphery of the city.
