Well, as you can see, things certainly took a turn this past week as I went into full-blown pre-term labor at 29 weeks pregnant with these twins. After 12+ hours of no end to my contractions, they got me fully prepped to be wheeled into an emergency c-section until 15 minutes before the surgery was set to happen...
