Soup Base Sesame oil … 1 tbsp Doubanjiang (spicy bean paste) … 1 tbsp Sake … 80cc Mirin (sweet rice wine) … 80cc Canned tomatoes … 1 can Water … 700cc Chicken stock granules … 2 tbsp Garlic paste … 2 tbsp Soy sauce … 4 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste) … 2 tbsp Miso … 3 tbsp Honey … 2 tbsp B. Main Ingredients Chicken thigh meat … 300g Wiener sausages … 1 pack Potatoes … 3 Shimeji mushrooms … 1/2 pack Eggplant … 1 Zucchini … 1 Bell pepper … 1 Cherry tomatoes … 5–6 ■ Instructions 1.Cut all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces. 2.Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for about 4 minutes. 3.Heat sesame oil in a pot, sauté the doubanjiang over low heat, then add the rest of the ingredients from section A. 4.Once it comes to a boil, add the chicken → potatoes → vegetables in that order, and simmer until all ingredients are cooked through.
