She Thought Spraying a Cop Was No Big Deal !

Police were called to Gilbert’s Resort after an intoxicated woman was asked to leave the property. At first, deputies tried to help her gather her belongings and arrange a ride home—but the situation quickly escalated. After refusing repeated instructions, the woman allegedly sprayed perfume into the faces of a deputy, a security employee and others nearby. She was immediately taken into custody, but her angry outbursts continued as officers investigated what happened. According to court records, Martha was arrested on charges including battery on a law enforcement officer, battery and disorderly intoxication. The case was later resolved through a no-contest plea to disorderly intoxication, while the remaining charges were dropped. The court withheld adjudication and sentenced her to six months of probation, a substance-abuse evaluation and recommended treatment. She was also ordered to stay away from Gilbert’s Resort and pay approximately $323 in court costs and fees. 00:00 Police ask her to leave 00:22 Confusion over the wallet 00:43 Her companion approaches 01:15 Deputies ask who is driving 01:30 Final warning about trespassing 02:09 Crime Scrutiny 02:16 Suspended licence revealed 02:52 The situation suddenly escalates 03:02 “It was my fragrance” 03:22 Deputy says he was sprayed 03:37 Suspect confronts the deputy 04:22 Officers warn her to calm down 04:33 Charges and final court outcome #PoliceBodycam #Bodycam #CrimeScrutiny #PoliceArrest #DisorderlyIntoxication #LawEnforcement #CaughtOnCamera DISCLAIMER The individuals featured in this video may be experiencing the effects of stress, alcohol, substances, mental health challenges, or an unusually difficult moment.
