Despite the rain and not so perfect weather, I spent a few hours in a city called Düsseldorf in Germany. What makes Düsseldorf so special, is that it is home to more than 8,000 Japanese locals. "Little Tokyo", is more than just anime and manga. Düsseldorf is home to Europe's third largest Japanese community and it is filled with joyful people, creativty, and some of the most delicious restaurants inside Germany.
