ARCHERY STANCE - TechniqueWeek #1
Your stance is basically the foundation of your shot. In archery, most of the movement will take place in the shoulders and arms, but to get those to move in the way you want to, and to not put too much strain on them, you have to make sure your stance is good and solid. We give you a couple pointers to work on so you can hopefully get a better result! We hope you enjoy watching this video and that you learn something from it!
