Palm Oil Processing - FINIC Generation 4 (G4) Palm Oil Mill Equipment

The FINIC Generation 4 (G4) Palm Oil Mill is comprised of the following equipment: 1) A Palm Fruit Thresher of new design not seen before in the world. It has capacity to thresh 2 tons of palm fruits bunches per hour. It does not only thresh but also removes 95% of the chaff. It is highly effective. 2) Three Sterilizers each with the batch capacity of 450kg of loose fruits. For the good improved variety like the Tenera, 33% of that weight is oil. The batch content of the three, will yield 446 litres (2.2 drums) of clean palm oil. Turning over 3 batches of the 3 in a day, will give a total of 1,3387 litres (6.6 drums) of clean palm oil. In 30 operational days a total of 198 drums ( 39,600 litres) will be processed. 3) One palm fruits digester with capacity of 1.5 tons of loose fruits per hour. Take note that, the Digester can be replaced with a palm oil press depending on the need of the client. 4) A settling tank that reduces the water content in the sludge prior to it's being introduced to the clarifier. Please note that the settling tank was not included in this video and that it can be made of cement. 5) A batch Clarifier of 1,000 litres.
