Rotten Roommate'ing

The plaintiff says he and the defendant were roommates and split expenses evenly, but he claims she moved her boyfriend in and still expected him to cover half. He claims she even locked him out from his belongings, so he’s suing. The defendant says they did split bills three ways, and she claims she tried to return his stuff. She’s countersuing for unpaid rent and utilities. Case 29-025
