49:19 A Comment from a newly licensed Technician Licensee about his frustration of working so hard to get his Ham Radio license and hearing no one to be able to talk to on the bands, he is allowed to work. His frustration about the lack of available bands to try and increase his knowledge and gain success in amateur radio is completely understandable.
