Changes not told in this video: The "Negative ID" cop speech line can be heard ingame unlike the final version where you can only find it in the files. It occurs when cops are entering the stopping radius. Falling underwater does not make screen fade out. The big rigs from Caine's Compound can be selected in the vehicle selection screen in Take a Ride Chicago (that's the "car graphic to be placed" screenshot) but you can't move it, it's stuck.
