Countless thoughts and emotions run through your mind, the list of endless feelings becomes unreadable, even more so in adolescence, where you neither understand nor find the right answers to the fierce flow of emotions you experience every minute. In a microsecond, everything presses against you and forces you to make a decision like that. Your heart and mind are in parallel, but at opposite poles. You recount the family problems, the teasing, the indifference, your pet dying, the girl you like despising you, your teacher tying you to the curse of the word "idiot," your father's absence, your siblings' drugs, your mother's tears, and you don't even play on the team because you're slow on your feet. In reality, you live a subjective invisibility that, for that age and stage, is overwhelming. More than being a victim, you still don't understand how the hell to lead yourself is too much. The frustration, the disappointment, the sadness you fall into, or the sadness you inflict on yourself, is too much. You begin to feel a lack of motivation in everything you do, a lack of interest in doing your usual activities. Nothing brings you joy no matter how hard you try, and all you want to do is go to bed, even though you know the hardest part will be waking up. Forgetting about the world and the feelings that keep you tossing and turning in the middle of the night and making you think about ending what you have today, not having a sense of belonging, believing you don't fit in with social groups, having a controlling mother who, instead of giving you confidence, only makes you feel guilty about everything that happens. The emotions of guilt that haunt you don't allow you to realize how valuable and important your life is. You try to get someone to listen, you want to explain how you feel, but there's a shadow that remains by your side, and no matter how many cries for help you make to avoid committing that act, you feel without any answer.
