Four family members gunned down in KZN: Vusi Khumalo updates
KwaZulu-Natal police are investigating the killing of four- members of the same family in Imfume- south of Durban. An elderly couple, their 33- year-old son, as well as their 19-year-old grandchild were killed in the early hours of this morning. It is alleged a neighbour was shot in the leg and taken to hospital for further treatment. The family's surviving son says that he was woken up by his mother's screams, and heard gunshots- but he does not know why the attack happened. KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Colonel Robert Netshiunda says they don't know what the motive was, but there were reports of a family feud.
