The Greatest Big Boy FPV Video of All Time! // UP 4014 @ Oroville Horseshoe (2024) CLOSE UP!

For my Birthday on July 11th, I decided to make the Drive 3 Hours North to catch Big Boy as it went around the Horseshoe bend North of Oroville. This gave me the unique opportunity to film the Big Boy at speed as it raced under an overpass! I then went to the Train station at Oroville, which provided me with the opportunity to get some gorgeous close-up shots of the ruining gear! This was my first ever opportunity to film this magnificent Locomotive so I was quite excited and forgot to record any audio. However, I was able to edit some audio for effect. Hopefully, I will be given another chance to film a better video of 4014 during a future tour, but for now, I'm just happy I finally got to see it after 10 years of anticipation. Cheers to everyone who was there with me waiting on that overpass! When it comes to the legal side of things, I'm actually a licensed UAV operator that has been flying operations near and around crowds of people commercially for years now. I've done events, vehicle showcases, videos for locations like bars, etc. It's taken me a long time to become as confident as I am in order to record a video like this.
