Emergency 4 - Massive 1,000 Person Demonstration

My first try ended in a massive failure after a misclick. We bounced right back up on the next try and dispersed the second demonstration peacefully without any incident. Quite impressive! This was done in the LA Mod for Emergency 4 (911 - First Responders)on the PC. The endless freeplay config was edited to allow for 1000+ protesters to make their way to the demonstration point.
