The one in Ceüse and shooting for FORD! 🤯

We made it to Céüse, France, and somehow this trip was a mix of dream crag energy, complete burnout, injuries, old friends, new friends, very good food, and filming with FORD. Yes, the car brand. [Exact timestamps below 👇] This vlog feels like a slightly different one, because Céüse has been on the list for so long, but I always avoided it because of the walk in… especially in 30 degree heat for a 1h30 hike just to get to the crag. BUT honestly, completely worth it. It really is as beautiful as everyone says. Big views, huge walls, French sunshine, routes that looked absolutely incredible, and we even got to watch a bit of climbing history being made, which made it feel even more special. But behind the pretty scenery, we were definitely not arriving as our freshest selves. Between injury niggles, feeling a bit burnt out from back to back trips, and trying to make the most of being in such an iconic place, this one became a very real little behind the scenes of climbing life when things are not exactly perfect, but still somehow very worth it. The big questions of this episode… Will Céüse live up to the hype? Will my body let me climb? Will we survive the heat? How did we end up shooting with FORD? And will good food fix everything? A few of those questions may or may not get answered in this one, so you’ll have to watch and see 🤨 Expect beautiful French crag views, slightly tired humans, climbing trip chaos, injury updates, amazing food, old friends, new friends, behind the scenes moments, and a very unexpected few days with an epic team from FORD.
