Advanced sheet metal folding now at Unifabs with Salvagnini Panel Bender (Salvagnini's demo video)

Unifabs now offers customers access to the most advanced sheet metal folding technology available, thanks to the addition of a Salvagnini Panel Bender to its sheet metal fabrication facility in Warwickshire, The Midlands, UK. Salvagnini's robotic folding machine breaks new ground for what is possibile when designing and folding sheet metal products. The advancements in technology compared to press brake machinery allow for folds and sequences that were previosly impossible to be applied, and it does so with incredible accuracy and repeatability. These advanced capalities unlock unique opportunities to reduce the number of components or processes involved in manufacture. The ability to perform complex folding sequences means hands on operations such as welding, riveting and assembly can be significantly reduced or completely removed. Unifabs' new Salvagnini Panel Bending machine produces more efficient, controllable, repeatable sheet metal products.
