Muzaffarnagar में Pitbull का ख़ौफ दिखाकर दो सालों तक हैवानियत की सारी हदें पार करने वाला मामला!

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुजफ्फरनगर जिले से इंसानियत को शर्मसार कर देने वाली एक बेहद खौफनाक और चौंकाने वाली घटना सामने आई है। मुजफ्फरनगर के तितावी थाना क्षेत्र के माड़ी गांव में स्थित एक दोना-पत्तल बनाने की फैक्ट्री में चल रहे काले सच का पुलिस और प्रशासन की संयुक्त टीम ने पर्दाफाश किया है। सोमवार को लेबर विभाग और पुलिस की छापेमारी में फैक्ट्री के अंदर से अलग-अलग राज्यों (उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, झारखंड, राजस्थान, पंजाब, हरियाणा, उत्तराखंड) और नेपाल से लाए गए 12 गरीब मजदूरों को बंधक मुक्त कराया गया है। पीड़ित मजदूरों के मुताबिक, उन्हें अच्छे वेतन, भोजन और काम का लालच देकर बुलाया गया था, लेकिन यहाँ आते ही उनके मोबाइल फोन और पहचान पत्र छीन लिए गए। उन्हें करीब दो साल तक बंधक बनाकर रखा गया, दिन-रात बिना वेतन के काम कराया गया और 24 घंटे में सिर्फ एक बार चोकर की सूखी रोटी दी जाती थी। काम न करने या भागने की कोशिश करने पर मजदूरों को लाठी, डंडों, बेल्ट और गर्म लोहे से बेरहमी से प्रताड़ित किया जाता था। मजदूरों की निगरानी के लिए फैक्ट्री में दो खतरनाक पिटबुल कुत्ते भी छोड़े गए थे। इस मामले का खुलासा तब हुआ जब एक मजदूर किसी तरह वहां से भागकर पुलिस के पास पहुंचा। पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी शिवम त्यागी और प्रदीप बालियान को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और गंभीर धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर आगे की जांच शुरू कर दी है। इस दिल दहला देने वाली घटना पर आपकी क्या राय है, कमेंट बॉक्स में ज़रूर बताएं। A horrifying and deeply disturbing case of forced labor and illegal confinement has come to light from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. A joint team of the Labor Department and local police conducted a raid at a manufacturing factory in Maadi village under the Titavi police station area, exposing a dark reality of human exploitation. During the operation, 12 laborers trapped from various states (including UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand) and Nepal were successfully rescued from the facility. According to the rescued laborers, they were lured with promises of decent monthly salaries, accommodation, and good food. However, upon arrival, their mobile phones and identity documents were confiscated, transforming their lives into a living hell for nearly two years. They were forced to work day and night without pay and were fed just once a day with minimal dry bread. Any resistance or escape attempt was met with severe physical torture using sticks, belts, and hot iron rods. To instill further terror, two Pitbull dogs were deployed to guard the premises. The racket was busted when one laborer managed to escape and reached the police. The police have arrested the main accused, Shivam Tyagi and Pradeep Balyan, and registered a case under severe legal sections.
