Today I'm going to show you how to prepare a natural ointment with healing and restorative properties, perfect for your herbal first-aid kit. First, disinfect the jar you'll be working in. Add 10 grams of dried and ground yarrow flowers, along with 100 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well with a spoon until the entire plant is completely saturated. Now, place it in a double boiler for 2 hours over low heat. When it's ready, strain the oil through a sieve and cheesecloth to remove all traces of the plant. Next, weigh out 5 grams of virgin beeswax and melt it in a double boiler. Add 45 grams of the yarrow oil you prepared and mix until everything is completely combined. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into the jar. Let it sit at room temperature until it solidifies… and that's it! Your homemade yarrow ointment is ready to use. New training!
