Welcome back to the channel. In this video, which is part two of my mini-series on Narcissism in the Workplace, I'll be discussing the Narcissistic Abuse Cycle. I have decided to take the training I gave hundreds of HR professionals a year ago on 'Narcissism in the Workplace' and break it down into four separate videos. Since childhood, narcissism has woven its insidious way through my life with family members, partners, and bosses. I’ve discussed my workplace bullying in detail in previous videos; I’ll leave links below. About 15 years ago, I wanted to understand what was happening with this personality type. I’ve been investigating and researching narcissism in all its forms ever since. Because of my extensive knowledge, I now teach therapists, healthcare workers and HR professionals about narcissism, primarily how it manifests in the workplace. I hope this series helps others to realise what narcissism is, who it affects and how to identify it before the damage is done. As with most things, awareness is paramount.
