At just eleven years old, Jeongjo witnessed his father’s tragic death, and carried a lifelong grief as he sought to fulfill his filial duty. This film traces the story of Crown Prince Sado’s grave—from a myo (tomb), to a won, and finally to a royal neung—a transformation born at the end of a profound tragedy.
