In video 47 of my 'Police Promotion Success' series, I continue the subject of briefings, often used to assess oral communication in force promotion processes to Sergeant, Inspector or Chief Inspector. To help you avoid 'panic stations' on this subject, this video will help aid your structure for briefings, with the structured briefing model, SAFCOM. This is particularly useful for stakeholder briefings, aspiring Sergeants, and as general useful leadership CPD for the role, regardless of whether you face it in a promotion process or not.
