Inside an Alaska Police Car Built for Extreme Conditions

This Chevy Tahoe is heading more than 2,400 miles north to serve the Skagway Police Department in Alaska. Skagway needed a dependable K9 vehicle equipped for limited winter daylight, difficult weather, and the demands of policing in Southeast Alaska. The department chose Guardian Fleet Safety because it wanted a vehicle built with careful planning, quality workmanship, and dependable customer support—regardless of the distance. Todd walks through the completed build, including its full SoundOff Signal lighting package, 54-inch blackout lightbar, Westin push bumper, Setina K9 system, custom graphics, and versatile rear storage system.
