Cast Iron Wednesday: Lodge Sportsman Pro Grill/ Carne Asada & Short Rib Slices
Cooking a very simple dinner that reminds me of my youth. I am a Mexican and as such my family BBQ’s consisted of carne asada, tortillas, cheese, salsa, avocado, cilantro and family. This was a meal that was so simple yet it brought us together so I wanted to use my grill and cook up some carne asada and short rib slices. I am also trying out the single layer charcoal method.
