Smoked Sausage & Potatoes - Super easy and absolutely delicious! Old fashioned sausage & potatoes

I almost felt silly making a video about smoked sausage and potatoes — I mean, it's just so simple! But this needed to be on the channel, so here it is. Really, it couldn't be easier. At the most basic level, all you need is smoked sausage (or polska kielbasa), potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper. If you want, you can finely dice up onions and add them in, or just use a packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix in lieu of the salt and pepper.
