The rapeseed fields are out in full force and they look absolutely incredible! There’s nothing quite like that vibrant, colourful splash of yellow to make a landscape shot truly pop. We’re currently in that magic 3 to 4-week window (mid-April to late May) where everything is at its peak. I’m no expert, but this year’s bloom seems especially thick and lush, it’s a total dream for any photographer. To be honest, I usually favour the look of barley at this particular spot, but you really can’t argue with these views. It’s stunning nonetheless! Don’t wait around! Get out there as soon as you can, because this window closes fast and it won't look nearly as good in a few weeks.
