Thanks for watching I appreciate it. Walk around Charminster Bournemouth not Charminster Dorchester. A slightly difficult video and quite obviously far different from the place it was a dozen or so years back. Hard to put my finger on it precisely despite the obvious changes after covid etc. I used to live in a 2nd floor flat just off the high street this was back in 2005. Like many others found myself moving away, just to give you some idea of the costs even back then I was paying £575 per month for a pretty decent one bed flat good days and long summers spent at the winton rec just up the road. thanks for watching
