I'm gluing wide panels for the countertop and side panels for the sink and washing machine from bath shelves. The bathroom renovation is almost finished, and I decided to create a single structure that would unite the sink, vanity unit, and washing machine. I chose thermosetting adhesive as the material. Initially, I used bath shelves that I bought at a store that sells bath accessories. The dimensions specified were 90x25x2300. Yes, the thickness and length matched, but the width varied from 90 to 86 mm, and even from 84 mm. So, I abandoned the original idea of ​​ripping the shelves with a circular saw and gluing the panels together to a final thickness of 40 mm. I ripped them with tape, as shown in the video below. The final thickness of the panels is 37 mm. I think it will look pretty. I'll install all this stuff when the bathroom renovation is finished.
