Switzerland Trip Finale: Ultimate Geneva Day Trip & Flight Home ✈️✨

The final day of our incredible holiday has arrived! After leaving the beautiful mountains behind, we headed straight to Geneva for a whirlwind city day trip in the brilliant 30-degree summer sunshine. First things first, we needed a little caffeine boost to get us going. We tracked down a Starbucks, but wow—welcome to Switzerland prices! It definitely woke us right up. While exploring the lovely nearby shops, we stumbled across something we just couldn't resist and actually ended up buying a beautiful, classic cuckoo clock! It's the absolute perfect keepsake to bring a little piece of Switzerland home with us. Next, we made our way down to the spectacular Lake Geneva for a gorgeous stroll along the water. To see the city from a whole new perspective, we hopped onto the Bateaux Mouches for a relaxing boat ride across the clear blue lake. We finished our afternoon wandering through a stunning, peaceful park and doing a bit of window shopping before catching the train back to the airport for our final catch-up and the flight home.
