Restaurants in João Pessoa 🍽️ We tried Bar do Flávio in Manaíra and the rubacão with roasted tripe surprised us! Authentic Northeastern food — well-seasoned goat stew, thick and creamy mangaba juice, and the house specialty: roasted tripe on top of the rubacão! 😱🦁 We ordered mangaba juice (R$ 18), goat stew (R$ 25) and the rubacão for 2 people with roasted tripe + sun-dried meat (R$ 42). The place was PACKED and, even so, the service was fast — something that not every bar in João Pessoa, Paraíba manages to do. We made a point of mentioning this in our review! 😄 📍 Bar do Flávio Av.
