Join this year's Remembrance Day Ceremony held at the Cenotaph, Hong Kong. Remembrance Day has been observed in Hong Kong since the end of World War I. Though the official Armistice Day is on 11th November, ceremonies are held on the second Sunday of November each year. It is one of the traditions that Hong Kong has preserved since the colonial era. On Remembrance Day, poppies are worn as a symbol of commemorating fallen soldiers during the two world wars, as well as hope for a peaceful future.
