There is no running water, waste collections, or other amenities and the group are quickly creating their own environmental hazard by simply throwing waste outside the house. As a result, they have attracted an army of rats. Council Enforcers. Rob and Rob feel sympathy for the folk simply wanting a roof over their head, but the amount of waste (and vermin!) accumulated requires immediate action.
