Virtual Treadmill Walk - Nan Tien Temple. 4.5km / 2.8mi @ 6kph / 3.7mph Berkeley, NSW Australia

You can use this video the next time you do an indoor treadmill or bike workout using your favourite device. This 4.5km walk was filmed walking up to and around the Nan Tien Buddhist Temple which is located in Berkeley, New South Wales, around 50 miles south of Sydney. The average speed is 6kph. Apologies for the rain drops on the lens for a minute or so towards the end of the video. It was such a strange day as far as the weather went :) If you'd like to skip straight to the entrance of the Temple, you'll find it at the 8:10 mark. I was considering swapping the audio for music. But because it's so subjective, I figure it's best to let you decide what to play along with it. I am planning to do more walks/runs etc in the near future.
