dropshipping day 20: you cant scale if you do everything

ive been thinking about this a lot recently, you are the reason your business cant scale. ive sat complacent the past 2 years working in every day to day operation in everything that we do, but its been taking a toll on me as of recently. only now have i realized these systems im building are what is need to lay the foundation to scale like never before. people and systems buy back your time, but you are too scared to delegate, just like i was, to give up profits for another team member... but that mindset is a race to the bottom...
