Repair Your Graco Ultra & Ultra Max Hand Held - Pump Replacement Tutorial

In this video, the GO Industrial team walk you through everything you need to know about replacing the pump on your Graco Ultra Corded, Ultra Cordless and Ultra Max Cordless models. Graco's Triax triple piston pump can wear out over time, depending on materials being sprayed, the total amount of paint put through the machine and operating hours. When you start experiencing issues with the pump, whether it be a difficulty when priming or spraying, lesser spray finish quality, lines on the spray pattern or excessive vibrant and noise from the machine - it may be time for a pump replacement. You can replace the pump yourself, following Graco's instructions provided with the pump unit. GO has listed the Triax models below to suit each sprayer model.
