DIY PWM Fan Cooled Box and Remote with Failure Solution

This is a DIY PWM speed controller box with a remote. This is a newer model PWM which has an internal fan for cooling. The remote has a replacement water environment rated directional switch. I also show a "jumper" solution to a PWM failure while on the water that will allow you to get back to safety. I have used similar methods in other videos for this build and will include them in the narrative to save time for this video.
