The new estate was named Grünhof (Polish: Zielony Dwór). The lack of an administrative body led to the collapse of the estate, which was incorporated into the city limits in 1859. After this event, the estate began to develop - a Stoewer sewing machine and bicycle factory, an asphalt and roofing felt factory, a cotton wool factory, breweries, and a municipal gasworks were built at ul. Boguchwała. In the years 1926–1936, in the northern part of the estate, a complex of multi-story, modernist residential buildings for middle-income families was built. In 1927, a single-track street tram terminus was built near the railway station built in the same year. A significant part of the estate was ruined during World War II. #poland #walking #szczecin
