2004 Hangtown Chevy Trucks AMA 125cc Motocross Championship (Round 1 of 12)

This is round 1 of the 2004 Chevy Trucks AMA 125cc Motocross Championship from Hangtown Raceway in Sacramento, CA. Returning contenders like 2001 champ Mike Brown, Stephane Roncada, 125cc West SX champ Ivan Tedesco, 2003 runner-up Ryan Hughes, Matt Walker, rookies Broc Hepler, Davi Millsaps, and Josh Grant, Nathan Ramsey, 2002 champ James Stewart and others battle it out for the 2004 Chevy Trucks AMA 125cc Motocross Championship. This series is completely dominated by James Stewart. This race is well known for AMSOIL Honda rookie Josh Grant getting the holeshot in the first moto only to crash and not be able to restart his CRF250R.
